    Grab your dea-fibulator, this flow is spicy. We rinse the spine, open the front body, and build heat to safely explore deeper backbends. Expect strong transitions, full expressions, and plenty of options along the way. We move into progressive heart openers, and work toward full expressions like full bow, dancer’s pose (full variation), and wheel transitions. Modifications offered throughout — come as you are.

    This is strength, softness, and expansion in one continuous flow.
