    This is a fast-paced warming flow designed to take you right to the edge, this final class of Heart Opener Week builds heat quickly and keeps the momentum high. We explored powerful backbend transitions, including camel to full wheel and an intentional, controlled transition out of wheel — because strength isn’t just in lifting, it’s in how you land.

    We start slow and intentional, letting the body warm and the breath lead. This flow steadily builds intensity as we move through camel pose, flip dog, wild thing, and into full wheel — opening the front body, strengthening the back line, and creating space where we usually hold tension. Expect deep heart openers, fluid transitions, and just enough challenge to leave you feeling empowered rather than depleted. The energy ebbs, flows, and twists, guiding you into stronger backbends with control and awareness.

    Strength is only as strong as the softness that comes with it. In this Bodea class, we slow things down and invite mobility back into the body. Expect gentle twists and spinal rinses to unwind the shoulders and nervous system, along with deep, intentional flossing for the hips and shoulders. This practice is designed to help you recover from the strength and endurance work of the past few weeks adding softness and fluidity back into the effort we’ve been building.

    We’ll explore bind for the shoulders and variations of pigeon and king pigeon in this slow, juicy flow that feels both grounding and expansive. Come ready to move deliberately, breathe deeply, and leave feeling open, supple, and restored.

    In this heart-opening flow, your breath served as your best teacher as we journey into deeper backbends with intention and control. We rise, lift, and expand with every inhale — creating space through the front body. We soften, surrender, and melt with every exhale — letting gravity support the release.

    This class is about finding strength inside softness. Effort inside ease. Expansion without force.

    Todays vinyasa is all about softening and and preparing the body for deeper back bends. We build heat in the body through a vigorous vinyasa that focuses on opening the shoulders, heart, hips and hamstrings. Up unti lthis point we have been building, today we prepare to soften and go deeper. Heart openers can feel visceral. Fear, resistance, may arise as you move into backbends — it’s part of the opening. Embrace it, and rest when you need. Soften into vulnerability here.
