We build heat in the body through a vigorous vinyasa that focuses on opening the shoulders, heart, hips and hamstrings. Up unti lthis point we have been building, today we prepare to soften and go deeper. Heart openers can feel visceral. Fear, resistance, may arise as you move into backbends — it’s part of the opening. Embrace it, and rest when you need. Soften into vulnerability here.
