DAY 2: BODEA BASICS

For the first BODEA class of the year, I wanted to keep it simple.
A full-body workout that gives us time to slow down and understand the mechanics of our movement — so every moment counts.

Expect deep core and ab work, intentional plank and stability work, and focused glute and leg activation. Everything builds gradually, layering strength and control until you reach a sustainable, intelligent burn.

DIFFICULTY: brave beginner / intermediate
VIBE: slow intense burn
