PRE CHALLENGE DAY 2/4
Welcome to Day 2 of the PRE January Challenge. We’re still at the beginning of buffer week, but per request, this one is strong, juicy, and energizing. We start by building heat with powerful movements that open the shoulders and the heart, setting the tone for a dynamic and intentional practice. From there, we dive into deep, juicy hip openers, plenty of twists, and targeted hamstring and IT band work. Expect playful transitions, funky rotations, and subtle shifts in the direction of your feet and toes — small changes that invite new awareness in your body and challenge your balance. As the heart opens, we move slowly and deliberately toward Chin Stand, weaving in key cues and supportive progressions so the pose feels accessible, curious, and empowering. This is still a space for beginning again. Take it at your own pace. Modify when needed. What matters most is showing up — strong, present, and aligned with your highest self.
