King Pigeon Variations
Pigeon pose often focuses on stretching the hamstrings and hips, but it can also be about working into a backbend from a seated and squared off position.


FREE Full length vinyasa
This practice is a gentle vinyasa flow as we are easing into this challenge and our bodies gradually.
This class includes light core, slow moving vinyasas, lots of hamstring stretches, basic standing postures, and gentle heart openers

Heart Openers
It is said that the Heart is the seat of the soul, and heart openers are said to help us with vulnerability, confidence, and feelings associated with self worth.
